Pricing questions
Is there a commitment?
None. Plans have no commitment and you can change plans anytime; the change takes effect immediately. Start with the Discovery trial, free for 14 days.
Is the CRM included in every plan?
Yes. The AI agent and the CRM (contacts, organizations, deals, activities, calendar) are included everywhere, including the trial. Email templates, AI-drafted follow-up emails and the PDF report start with the Pro plan.
What’s the difference between Starter and Pro?
Both offer 1,000 conversations per month with Claude Haiku 5.5. Pro adds the document knowledge base (PDF, Word, web pages), BYOK for unlimited conversations, smart booking, Review Booster, email templates and AI-drafted emails, webhooks and PDF export.
What is BYOK?
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key): you use your own API key from the AI provider of your choice (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral). Your conversations become unlimited, since you pay the provider directly. Available from the Pro plan.
What does assisted setup include?
Every plan includes self-service setup with the guided wizard. If you’d rather we handle it, assisted setup (CA$199 or €129, optional) gets your chatbot live within 24 hours.
Can I pay in euros?
Yes. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars or in euros: pick the currency at the top of the grid.
Do prices include tax?
No: prices are before tax. In Canada, GST and QST (or HST) are added depending on your province; in Europe, VAT applies depending on your situation.
How do I cancel?
From the Subscription page of your client portal, anytime: your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. You can export your contacts to CSV before you go.
Which AI model is used?
Every plan, including the free trial, runs on Anthropic’s Claude Haiku 5.5. With BYOK, you can also pick another provider.
