Does ChatDirect replace my CRM?

For most small businesses, yes: ChatDirect includes a CRM (contacts, organizations, deals and sales pipeline, activities, calendar, dashboard). If you’d rather keep HubSpot or Pipedrive, ChatDirect can also send them your new leads (Pro plan and up).

Is the CRM included in every plan?

Yes. The AI agent and the CRM are included in every plan, including the 14-day free trial. A few advanced features, such as email templates and the PDF report, start with the Pro plan.

Can it book appointments?

It offers your booking link: Calendly, Cal.com or Google Calendar, or OpenTable, Libro and Resy for restaurants. Visitors pick a time in your tool, which confirms the booking; the agent doesn’t see your availability. This feature is included in the trial and from the Pro plan.

Which languages does ChatDirect support?

The widget and the portal are available in English, French and Spanish. In multilingual mode, the AI agent replies in the visitor’s language.

How long does it take to set up the chatbot?

With the guided wizard, a first chatbot works in 5 minutes; allow about 40 minutes for a complete setup. You add it to your site with a single line of code, or through Google Tag Manager. With assisted setup (CA$199), it’s live within 24 hours.

Where is my data?

Data hosted in Canada, encrypted connections (HTTPS), API keys and credentials for your tools encrypted with AES-256, and hashed login passwords. ChatDirect offers settings designed to help you meet Law 25, PIPEDA and GDPR requirements. Message content is sent to the AI provider you choose to generate replies.
